- Description: The character can release a cloud of noxious, adhesive, and irritating substance into the air, directed at an individual and anyone adjacent to the target. If used successfully, this substance creates the Ongoing Complication Discharge on the targets. Depending on the nature of the substance created, this can be invoked to represent blindness, nausea, or even burns. Invoking this Condition does not remove it.
