The character can weaken or negate psionic Gifts which are active. The character rolls Spiritual + Awareness + Growth against a Difficulty equal to the Potency of the Gift targeted. The targeted Gift is reduced by the Potency of this effect. If the Gift is reduced to 0, it is dispelled. The character can target either a single Gift, all Gifts upon a target, or can blanket an area of a number of yards equal to the character’s Growth as an area effect, in which case the character rolls against Difficulty 0, and any Gifts with a Potency less than the Potency of the roll are reduced by the number of successes rolled.
