Magic Disrupt

The characters touch disrupts magic. The target of the characters touch must make an immediate Concentration Roll, increasing the Difficulty by the characters Growth. Failure results in all Spells requiring Concentration or which have a Duration being immediately negated. Permanent Spells are negated for the Scene.
